Homemade method app

I’m sooo happy that you’ve created this app! Navigating the homemade method will be such a breeze now . I really feel like this will help me to be successful with my health journey because everything will be at my fingertips when ever I need it . The time and effort it will take to access what I need to put my plan in action will be quick and much easier than in the past . This app represents how caring Anna and the team are. You have always had my success and well being in mind. But this goes one step further . It demonstrates how you truly want to share your knowledge and experience for the good of people seeking to attain a healthy balance in their lives. You listened to your members and came up with a version that addresses what we need to follow the HMM without confusion . It’s chock full of information so I can understand the science behind what my body needs to be healthy without overwhelming me . My experience with HMM has been so different than all the other weight loss programs I’ve invested time , money and effort in. It’s been a change in mindset . Little by little I’ve been adjusting habits and slowly absorbing the info that HMM teaches me. It’s a lifestyle change not a quick fix. I’ve got a long way to go , but I’ve got a long life to live ! The new App

I have been a member for over a year, but not losing weight. I put together 2 big scrapbook’s with all of the Monday Mindsets each in a it’s own plastic to keep it looking new. I did use it for breakfast, but rarely used it for lunch or supper. I didn’t lose weight even though I listened to everything HMM did on zoom. Yet, was getting frustrated and angry at myself for not losing weight. When the App came my whole life changed. It became so easy to look up recipes and go shopping with that list in my I phone! I am finally losing weight and I feel so much more confident that I will be successful this time. I am 78 years old. I have lost the same 50# many, many times with other diets. HMM is not a diet, but a way of life. I finally have HOPE!! The 2 Scrapbooks are here and I feel that I will use them in time. For the present I am using the App daily and have started to lose weight. Thank you so much for all that you do!!

Creative & Healthy

I’ve always strived for healthy eating but would sometimes feel stuck with the same collection of recipes. Homemade Method has a wonderful variety of healthy recipes to keep things interesting. Unlike some other eating plans, there are no calculations or specific times to eat. It’s flexible and satisfying. I like the app and the fact I can substitute one of the recommended meals for another in the library. And the support of everyone involved is wonderful - kind and encouraging.

I am relatively new to Homemade Method and haven’t yet seen any weight loss, but I feel good and my blood pressure seems to be stabilizing. Menopause can be tough to navigate because your body no longer responds the way it used to. I’m still trying to find my new normal with healthy weight as only one aspect. This program is well worth the time and investment.
