Ratings and Reviews
So much fun!
It was wonderful to ride through the city on the old train routes! Rode to botanical gardens in the view is amazing so much to explore on the way way better than riding the bus! I will say it was hard to find the hub to return the bike.
The whole concept is awful.
This company has a lot of fine tuning to do. From terrible server connection, to inaccurate charges, to misleading information about what deals are for specific areas, to much more.
I had to call customer service five times in a 30min span just to start my ride, get it to stop beeping like it’s being stolen, and to even end the ride after multiple failed attempts. And yes, I followed the basic three steps which are not always accurate. I heard the beep after locking it and ending my ride, only to find out it kept charging me over the next hour. If you’re going to have a basic app, at least make sure it works properly all the way through for someone to actually enjoy using your terrible service. I hate that people are stuck with these in certain areas as their only option. My one star is for their customer service. Like FOB said, “thanks for the memories even though they weren’t so great.” If you’re used to Lime or Birds, save your time with these.
Back to the drawing board gang!
DO NOT USE - Trust the ratings
I have now tried every scooter/bike company in the area and this is BY FAR THE WORST. Trust the other poor reviews and pick another company. I’m begging you.
I wanted to try out these bikes instead of the scooters, hoping for a more controlled ride. These bikes are hard to use with terrible brakes (on all 4 that my family used). The “pause” button keeps charging you, and for one of us the bike got stuck locked while the app couldn’t unlock it. My bike’s chain kept skipping and I almost fell off going through an intersection. The handlebars were stiff and worst of all it was extremely expensive. $70 for four of us for a half hour due to extraneous charges. NEVER AGAIN.
