Moin Moin! With our on-demand shuttle service, mobility has become even smarter: You can book your trip conveniently and individually via app, without a timetable - create your individual travel chain with hvv hop and get to your destination comfortably, quickly and safely.

What is special about the hvv hop app is that it combines different service areas.



The hvv hop shuttles are operating in four service areas:

- Harburg

Mon-Sun around the clock



- Henstedt-Ulzburg in the district of Segeberg

Mon-Fri 4:30 a.m. to 0:30 a.m.

Sat 5:15 a.m. to 0:30 a.m.

Sun 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.



- Brunsbek/Trittau in the Stormarn district

Mon-Sun 5:15 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.



- Ahrensburg in the Stormarn district

Mon-Fri 4:30 a.m. to 0:30 a.m.

Sat 5:15 a.m. to 0:30 a.m.

Sun 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.



The on-demand transport hvv hop is integrated into the hvv system. Daily, weekly, monthly tickets and other valid tickets are recognized by showing them to the driver and must be supplemented with the additional surcharge of 1 € per trip for hvv hop. If you do not have a valid hvv ticket, you can buy one before you start your journey, for example at hvv.de. You can also pay the surcharge in the app.





And this is how it works:



ENTER YOUR START AND DESTINATION ADDRESS

We show you immediately in the app which vehicle can pick you up where and when.

You will either be driven from your exact start address to a stop or we will take you from a stop to the exact destination address. It is not possible to choose which address is picked – but don’t worry, we will always find the fastest way for you!



BOOK AND PAY FOR YOUR RIDE

As soon as we have found a suitable shuttle for your request, you can book your ride. You can pay the surcharge directly in the app with a credit card, PayPal or purchased credit. Via the app, you can see exactly where your vehicle is on its way to you.



TAKE OTHERS WITH YOU

During the ride, other passengers who have a similar destination may get on board. Through these carpools, we can bundle several ride requests, reduce traffic and therefore reduce the impact on the environment.



RATE YOUR RIDE

Once you arrive at your destination, you can give us feedback and rate your ride. Finally, we will navigate you on foot via app to your final destination point (if necessary).



PRICE

On-demand transportation is integrated into the hvv system (https://www.hvv.de/de/fahrkarten/einzelkarten-tageskarten/uebersicht) and is supplemented by a surcharge to the hvv ticket of 1 € per person per trip.
