Glitch won’t allow to save car info

The app would not allow me to add my vehicle info. I always get a pop-up alert warning me that “Something is not right... system is not available”. Tried many different times to no avail.

Terrible experience with new app

Website wasn't any better.
days of ticket service down when trying to make reservation. Took a diff browser diff credit card and diff garage to work. When trying to pick up car spent 20 min and still didn't show as paid. Only reason I got my car back was that attendant didn't want to make me wait so long so late at night.
Also was told when I was having issues tech team would look into it and get back to me (gave info). 2 days later and nothing
Also I'll mention the nearly 30 pending charges on my credit card from I think when I was trying to make a reservation which hopefully won't turn to paid

Stunningly Deceptive

I’ve only used this once and it was so horrible, I’m deleting immediately. We booked a spot in NYC (Times Square), arrived on time and got on line behind other cars waiting to get in. After 15 minutes, we asked if we should be waiting since we had a reservation. They told us everyone had a reservation, we needed to wait. We waited another 15 minutes. No one had moved. The attendant then admitted that they have no spots and booking doesn’t actually mean anything! We left, now late and furious. Never again. I just hope I can get my money back!
