It Is Good Until It Is Not
On the Fourth of July holiday, when public transit is at its worst, the app wouldn’t let me make a reservation. I tried with the holiday special and without. It showed a pending payment on my credit card, but it didn’t go through. When I tried to explain the issue while checking out, the parking attendant still wanted me to pay full price even though the night side guy said it would be no issue. We finally settled the issue and I paid using the some credit card I tried to on the app. I’ve been using the app for two years and I never experienced this before.
Requires your location
The app is just alright. Antiquated, especially in how you input data. For example, for a reservation, you tap on very small calendar icons for date, time, etc. That is fine, but after entering the “in” time, the “out” time does not adjust accordingly. So, you must input everything all over again with the “out” time. A simple program could adjust the “out” time for an hour or more later, and then you can make fine adjustments.
But most perplexing is the requirement for location services. No bueno. If you do not give permission, you must tap two error messages. Every time.
Does Icon think we are dumb? If I want to see a map of local garages, I should be able to choose it. This error could be alleviated by a simple program.
Glitch won’t allow to save car info
The app would not allow me to add my vehicle info. I always get a pop-up alert warning me that “Something is not right... system is not available”. Tried many different times to no avail.

Persistent glitch won’t allow me to save my car info. Tried many different approaches to no avail. Latest update/s have not resolved this problem.
