Never can sign in to rewards

I use the appAll the time and I never can sign into the rewards. I also have never been able to order sausage lentilSoup as a side unless I enter it in manually because it’s not on the app as an option but is an option on the menu in the restaurant. Would love for an updated app that includes all available.

Never can sign in to rewards

The Carrabbas app has to be one of the absolute worst I have ever attempted to order from. You cannot order something that can be ordered in restuarant with your meal. It will not allow you to add meat sauce and meatballs to spaghetti. Ridiculous. It also does not let me sign in. I’ve tried repeatedly and it continues to say the captcha was not answered correctly, yet never presented a captcha, just blank sign in. It also does not send the rest link to my email as it continues to say it did. The email is correct. Cannot stand this app. So many things wrong with it. You HAVE to give a star to accept the review, otherwise I give it a -0.

Carrabbas’s enlisted the help of diner’s reward. It promised a reward for signing up. However, every time it says on the Carrabba’s app or website “use your reward” and has a “button” (aka link) to click on, it will not redeem-says invalid. I cannot use the reward. This was a joint venture between Carrabbas and diner’s club/reward, they should honor and fix the app and website application.

Carrabbas has been our place to celebrate our Anniversary’s Birthdays for almost 15 years it’s our favorite place to eat but now with my husband having Parkinson’s I can only order for delivery. The food is always wonderful and delicious and it will continue to be our favorite place.
