This is by far the most broken app I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. It crashes regularly, the interface is not streamlined, it refuses to connect to my Fitbit even though it says it is, and it won’t let me input into certain fields. It has the option to do so but the buttons don’t work. Seriously you’d think after all this time of being out to download these issues would have been fixed. Absolute trash.

Lots of potential, lots of shortcomings

The interface is generally clean enough and gets me where I want to go. However, performance is lag-ridden, even on iPhone 8 Plus. It feels like an emulated web browser, with delays and odd scrolling performance throughout.HealthKit integration is a welcome, bare minimum feature these days, the main reason I even agreed to install this app. While such integration is included, the app fails to import complete or accurate data for categories like workout calories and sleep (possibly others). If this monitoring is to be fair, or if reward points are to be properly and accurately allotted, in exchange for turning over this valuable personal data, I expect the app to properly identify and collate it.All-in-all, this is a half-baked product at best. I expect and demand better.

Features Randomly Stop Working

Sometimes it’s awesome but lately I’ve been getting really annoyed by how different things randomly stop syncing correctly. It started out by syncing my sleep hours wrong. Now it can’t seem to get my steps right anymore. On days where I’ve taken 20,000 steps, it’s only giving me credit for 500 now. That’s a lot of points that I’m missing out on. The website says it can take 48 hours for it to sync but I’ve checked back and it never updates. Beyond that, there really isn’t a clear place to send them constructive feedback on the app directly so I’m hoping writing this review will help with that.

No longer syncs with Fitbit properly

This app was only marginally good to begin with but all of a sudden a few weeks ago it stopped syncing with my Fitbit app to transmit data. This had been working properly for a year and a half. The app is up to date and I even tried to uninstall it and relink it to my Fitbit app. When I tried to call customer support I am just directed to the health insurance call center and they know nothing about the app at all. Very frustrating and disappointing.
