Keto-Green is an app which helps you record your urine Ketones and pH to become KetoAlkaline! Checking it daily would be best. Often we don't know if the healthy diet and lifestyle we are living is actually healthy! So checking ketones to get in fat burning mode and checking pH to get into an alkaline state is ideal. Lacks All Tracking Ability

When following this program you are asked to track not just your ketones and PH. You track your weight, your measurements, BM’s along with a few other things. There is no capability to track those things on this app. It would be so helpful to not have to write some things down but input others on the app. Adding a food journal would help along with the meal plan that you can input to make sure you are meeting your proper macros.

App Quit Working

After a couple of weeks all the information I had put into the app was gone. I then tried to add my current information into the app and it would not accept anything I put in. Will try to download app again. It’s recommended in the book to keep track of your temperature as well, however this app doesn’t have anywhere to input that.

Very rudimentary

App is very rudimentary with not much thought through. When using the test strips bought through the Keto-Green program, pH and Ketones are on the same strip. So why would you have two different pages with different countdown timers? The app tabs just don’t make sense and it is not user friendly.Also a result cannot be deleted or corrected which is frustrating.

It keeps crashing before letting me look at it and get set up. I’m using iPhone X, could that be why? Can we ask the developer if they are working on fix?
