Great place but needs a second bathroom
Food and service is great, but when there are over 50 people there the wait for the bathroom can be long.
Based on the app
I would love to give this 5 stars because I really like Erik’s in general, and they seem to be trying to offer healthier choices...but based on my experience with their app it’s not quite 5 stars. I love the convenience of the app, and our order is always ready when we get there, however every single time I’ve used the app (at least 7 times), my sandwich has not been made according to my order preferences. It’s close, but there’s always something missing or different. Luckily for Erik’s and for me, even an incorrect sandwich from Erik’s is yummy!
Lost Reward, Bad Instructions
I lost a birthday reward because of this lousy app! When I tried to directly apply the reward from the notification, like with other company’s apps, a message said I had to be in the restaurant. When placing my mobile order, I went to apply the reward but was told it could not be applied to that order. When I tried to scan the reward barcode at the restaurant, I was told it needed to be applied to a new mobile order. Nowhere did any instructions say to order the item (in this case, a slice of cake) first, then apply the reward to the item at checkout. You need to clean up your rewards system and be clearer in your instructions!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
