Developers not interested in making the app better

Having had this app for more than 2 years now, I can say that this is just a pet project for Manulife. Issues are unresolved and improvements are never made. Doesn't sync steps correctly. Fails to grant points. Requires you to check in every Sunday otherwise your progress is lost.Amount of points granted doesn't match how many steps taken. Lack of information and consistency on steps to points. Always asks you to log in, and the text messaging 2 factor won't send codes to US area codes. Everything is so slow.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share how we can make your experience better. We are working to make it easier to understand how activity will translate into points. For now, I have some information I hope is helpful. Each time you log in, the app will sync and award points for activity from the past 14 days. If you delete and re-install the app, it will sync and award points from the past 90 days. You can view how activity is translated into points by tapping Profile, Fitness Apps, select your app, scroll down and tap How to earn points. If you need assistance logging in, receiving missing points, or anything else, please reach out to us at 1-888-626-8543 (8am-8pm M-F). -JM
