Finally, an app to organize everything

I have been wanting an app like this for years. Years! I was tired of needing an app for notes, an app for photos, an app for videos, an app for to-do lists, an app for bookmarking links…It’s been inefficient and rarely allowed different kinds of content to be conveniently merged. Now I can have a folder for gardening, and inside that, folders for the plants in my garden, overviews of my garden sorted by year, a check list for garden tasks, videos, online resources, inspiration, and books. I can see a quick visual catalog of my plants, and then click a photo to see notes for its care. It has more functions than I expected (you can even save emails), and more ways to customize the app, and if all this wasn’t great enough, it creates a web page of your content (you choose what, e.g., a specific folder, or whole category), to share with others who don’t have Bublup. Although really, they should have Bublup. It’s good enough to review and recommend, which is something I almost never do with apps.

I have been wanting an app like this for years. Years! Helpful for those of us who think in categories

I run a very time-consuming multi-faceted business and am a mom and write music and poetry and am starting a podcast and have to remember to do so many other things…this has been helpful so far to label folders with categories and add links and checklists and notes and such. I appreciate how extensively I’ve been able to utilize the platform and still have not yet had to pay for it. I am willing to pay for it at this point, but I truly needed to dive in before deciding if it was going to work for me or not. I even needed support and the team was responsive and helpful, the issue was not resolve, but it’s minor and doesn’t effect my ability to use it and store what I need. Oh, I even have a folder with our next trip that I was able to share with my family so they have access to the itinerary and can add their own check lists or the kids can add links to items that they want to buy before the trip for example.

Bublup does everything I need except that I have to go to a different app for that. Developers.I never need nor want crazy borders and filters, just simple freeform photo collages like a layout board. Nothing trendy purely functional. If this is a feature you could add bublup would be literally the perfect app for my needs. Possibly others need this as well. Thank you ……………………..I work in the entertainment industry in Hollywood and I use this app for every show. It helps me and my team stay easily organized and efficient. I love the app. I love that it doesn’t link to photos it copies them so I can delete them from my phone. I create mood and vision boards, I track projects todo lists, it’s fast easy and efficient. Literally perfect app. Easy 5 stars

I really feel like I should be the official spokesperson for this app because I love it so dang much! It has completely helped me organize everything in my life from my household to my business to homeschooling and vacations. I even have a Bible study folder and will be creating one for 5 minute journaling soon also. It can be used on the phone or desktop, is completely customizable, and you can choose which folders to share and with whom. You can create folders and save anything from entire files, pics, videos, links, to do lists, notes, etc. I know I sound like a total geek 🤓 right now, but I just think this app is so great! I'm currently designing individual folder covers for all of my folders. Of course you could use their colors or choose from the pics they provide, but I like individualization so I'm designing my own!

One thing you can do is create a home screen shortcut right to a folder where you have a checklist.To do this, go to the Bublup app, tap My Info, then Home Screen Shortcuts. You'll see an option for a "Go to Folder" shortcut - set it to the folder where your checklist is.Now go back home and long-press the Bublup app icon. You'll see the option to shortcut right into that folder. These home screen shortcuts are handy for all sorts of creative uses.Your widget use case would be a nice addition as well. Choose from plain, yellow, orange, green, blue, or purple. - Note color preferences: Choose the default color new notes start in, or pick a color each time. - Headings in notes: Give a note structure with different levels of headings. In the toolbar these are labeled Heading 1 to Heading 4. - Notes formatting toolbar: Updated with an improved UI. - Quoted replies: Expand a quoted comment to read the full text without leaving the thread. - Image style: Grid view now uses square images by default.
