I selected Bay Alarm from my past experience in the East Bay and wanted to keep them when I moved to Contra Costa County. The Office there was so awesome! The Sales person (Patty Landers) was amazing! She really knows her product line and knows what might work best for the customer. She easily understands our needs and works so hard and effectively to meet those needs. Her follow up is outstanding and she never stops working to produce nothing but the best result. So so pleased! The installer (Fred) was also amazing. He worked so hard and efficiently to produce a most professional job that was great and worked to perfection. He knew just was needed and what would work in some difficult situations. As good as the East Bay Office was, The Contra Contra Office was even more Stunning. Bay Alarm is the way to go! They have the people who can make all the difference!!

Bay Alarm has been in business in the Bay Area since I was born in 1946, and I just turned 75! Every Police Officer in Oakland knows that Bay Alarm has fewer false alarms then any other alarm company, and almost every “bad guy” avoids breaking into a business protected by Bay Alarm. To a bad guy, any business or residence protected by Bay Alarm is just too much of a risk of being sent back to prison! Worth every penny! I keep it on even in the daytime when I’m home, and particularly at night while I’m sleeping. I feel much more safe as a result. Of course I I keep it on when I leave my home for any length of time as soon as I leave every time. As they advertise, “What have you got to lose?” I personally have too much to lose, particularly my life and my family's lives!

I’m an extremely satisfied customer from the beginning to the end their service was nothing but exceptional. Toni the sales person is very efficient and extremely quick knows what she’s doing obviously has been doing it for some time and made the whole process a piece a cake. Chris the service technician was also top drawer what that means for those young folks is his service was five stars. He was very professional, courteous, and funny at times but a pleasure to be around and if you ask me I would rate them a 10 if I could. So, with that being said I highly recommend this company to those of you who do not have an alarm system because they will take good care of you and will treat you right thank you Roseanna!

I have had nothing but problems from this company. They had to come to my house over 20 times after the installation. It was a huge issue for the first year. I signed up for “full service”. After the 20 times they came out and finally with my the manger they fixed the problem. Once again I am having problems with setting the alarm. I have been setting my alarm every night as I always do. Now it says the windows once again are a problem. Funny how I said this was a problem 20 times. Now, my alarm isn’t working again. Oh, by the way last time they blamed it on the battery… I was told I have full service account and they wound replace it for free and if there were any extra charges they would let me know. Well, the guy came out and replaced it and didn’t say a word. Guess, what I got a 40$ bill for a 7$ battery I already had ordered. This company is horrible. I highly don’t recommend them.
