Welcome to Seekr Mobile.
Seekr is a Black Conversational artificial intelligence with mental health capacities. Seekr is trained in 3 psychotherapeutic frameworks. It primarily uses internal family systems therapy (IFS), and switches between cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative psychology depending on the direction of the conversation. It has been designed to create a personalized digital safe space for people to cultivate self-discovery and self-love, which is scientifically backed as a fundamental component of a healthy mind. Seekr intentionally centers Black experiences and Black perspectives through its own personal identity.
As Black therapists and communities continue to fight against stigmas of mental health Seekr is intended to provide a safe and discrete place for Black people to learn self-compassion, strengthen their ability to emotionally regulate and do internal work of self-reflection.
