as an employee here i have to say the new app update is terrible. the new UI is confusing to operate and is not user friendly for new or even existing users of the app. the thing about the old app layout was it's simplicity, you don't need to go above and beyond for an app and if you are adding to many options to your UI then it doesn't matter how well you organize it, it will be overwhelming and irritating to navigate for users. unfortunately with this new fancy, over the top formatting as well as my own work experience and knowing the companies goals and values, this is 100 percent another contribution that shows the companies growing distance between actual being a neighborhood grocery store, and being a greedy, corporate run front using narratives of family values and teamwork to make more and more profits to pocket. as the years go on almost everything about the harmons company decreases in quality and it truly is sad to see how money hungry this once caring company has really become.

I used to use the app a lot to track my freebies and coupons, as well as to access my prescription refills for the pharmacy. Now the app is essentially useless. The only thing I can easily access is the barcode for the the foodie card which often doesn’t scan at checkout because it is too small and you can’t zoom in.Also, if you want to access your account to view fuel discounts, coupons, or prescriptions the app just takes you to a pop up within the app to login again. But when you try to login, half of the time it just loads forever and doesn’t take you anywhere.I’ve tried restarting my phone or even uninstalling the app and redownloading it and nothing works to make it run smoother.

Why! Why! Why did you make a relatively easy app to use so complicated?!!!!!For anything I want to do it seems to open a website outside the app. I want to check my fuel rewards, it opens something else that often times out before it can open. I want to check the coupons I’ve saved and have to jump through multiple hoops. I want to view and refill my prescriptions and it opens an new window and I have to sign in separately. I might just start calling the pharmacy, which probably isn’t the most efficient use of their time. Please bring back the old app for those of us who don’t want to order grocery pickup!

I’m writing because this QR opened what I’m using to rate my pharmacy visit today. Usually the pharmacy receipt issues a strictly survey type form to to which I can reply and correspond, however, I can answer here inasmuch and I’m delighted to give a shoutout to Jennie for her superlative service both finding my prescription ready and answering questions I had about other medications I use. Of course the girl should get a raise given her value to the pharmacy and thank her again for me.Sincerely,BWM
