Ever since the update, I have to sign in every time and there’s ability to use touch or eye to sign in. It’s a pain. Not sure any improvements (if any) are worth it.Let’s go back to previous version 🤨

I would think that with this company being affiliated with the IBEW, they’d strive to provide an app that is fast and easy to navigate for us Union members . But nope, my local Kroger Pharmacy gives better information and services on their app without any issues or frustration. I just downloaded the Sav-Rx app to my phone and I can’t even create an account! Do better Sav-Rx, the IBEW Brotherhood and their dependents are watching you and we will remember your lack of care and attention to the workers and their families when it’s time to change rx drug plan companies and let NECA know how crappy and messy your company and coverage truly is. Get it together! Worst company app ever known to man! Last review was over a year ago and it said the same thing as the other 1 ⭐️app reviews. 😤😤😡

I only give this one star because zero isn’t an option. Logging in is so problematic that I rarely see the inside of the app. It locks you out on your second attempt to login (using the correct password at that!) and makes you wait 15 minutes to try again. I finally made it in to track my medication delivery. I checked tracking and it sent me to USPS with no way to get back into the app besides doing a force shut down and restart of the app. Absolute garbage.

You can only see 30 days of history. My RX’s are all 90 days, so there’s no way for me to check on the app to see what refills I might need.
