My work recently switched to this app for scheduling purposes, and it’s pretty easy to understand! A problem I have sometimes is with some buttons (at the bottom of the screen) aren’t visible/working like when I request to drop/swap shifts. This can get a tad bit annoying after a while. Another problem I have is with the temporary availability section when I select the start and end date of my availability. Once I selected these dates, a button is nowhere to be found to submit/request this temporary change! I’m not sure if it’s because I’m on ios26 or what but this app is awful 😭

If I could give a worse review, I honestly would. For me, and everyone else I work with, nothing ever works. You want to view your work group chat? That’s too bad. You need to refresh the page AND/OR app a minimum of twenty times before it actually shows up. You want to pickup a shift? Too bad, that shift only shows for SOME people. You want to view your schedule? Good luck. It’s gonna take a minute or more for it to load.The list goes on and on, and I’m STILL finding more issues. If this app is your only digital option, just stick to pencil and paper.

Can’t even get into it

I recently got hired and tried to use this to see my schedule but I can’t even get in. I have no idea what my password is no create account button and when I go to reset the password on the account that I think my work created for me since I have no idea what it could be, it just doesn’t send the email to me for it to reset. I’ve checked the email countless times to make sure it’s right and it is, it just won’t send me the password reset email.

We're sorry you're experiencing login issues! Your workplace may use Single Sign-On (SSO). If so, password resets happen through your employer's portal, not in our app. Tap "Login via SSO" and use your work credentials. Your manager can confirm and help with access. If your company does not use SSO, we can help - please email support@lifelenz.com and we'll assist you directly - please include your full name, store and organization.

Thank you guys for doing that update I wasn’t able to access my app it kept just closing out or aka crashing and the update fixed it thank you!! Idk if you guys did it because of the email I sent you but if so or even if not thank you for the quick fix!!
