• Simple Meditation Timer
Set timer minutes or meditate with no time limit for ∞. Timer notifies when done but continues to keep time so that you can carry on the meditation if you wish.
• Interval alerts
Alerts at specified intervals during meditation. You can set them as alerts per minute or the total number of alerts. You have a choice of subtle haptic feedback guiding you through the intervals and bell sound alerts. You can also configure bells/haptic for the start and end alert.
• Background music
You can choose ambient background music for the meditation or play music from the music app during meditation
• The Mandala
If you achieve your daily goal of mindful minutes, a Mandala starts blooming. Mandala resets if the streak is broken. Maintain the Mandala, maintain your bliss.
• Health app and Mindful Minutes
Mindful minutes are synced with the Health app. Meditate using this app or any other app that writes Mindful Minutes to Health app.
• Heart rate trends
Get the heart rate trends for the meditation - starting, ending, average heart rate and heart rate variation during meditation session.
Statistics include current streak and data such as sessions, average time and total time.
• Log a meditation
Easily log mindful minutes up to 7 days using the context menu. If you are on a silence no-device meditation program, you can log your meditations later.
Save frequently used meditation timers as presets from the meditation setting screen.
• Shortcuts and Siri Watch Face
Presets and the timer setting on the timer page are added as relevant shortcuts which are shown on the Siri Watch Face. Single tap to start the meditation and Siri suggests it at the time you meditate daily.
• Siri Intents
Ask Siri to start meditation by saying "Start a 10-minute meditation with Meditate app"
Mandala and daily progress right on your Apple Watch face. Supports all complication families.
Set daily, weekday and weekend reminders for meditation.
• Weekly Summary
Every Monday, get a summary of last week's mindful time. The app shows the trend over last week and recommends a "Smart Goal" to guide you on your meditation journey.

While this app was primarily developed for Apple Watch, the iPhone app also has the timer feature with interval alerts and integrates with the Health app to save Mindful Minutes.

Perfectly Simple and Complete
Thanks for a great app! I have been looking for years for an Apple Watch independent meditation timer with background sound and wasn’t able to find one until this app. That it also syncs with Health, AND is able to incorporate mindfulness minutes from other apps, is above and beyond close to perfection.
I originally learned to meditate using 1 Giant Mind, but as my practice has grown more integral to my daily habits I’ve wanted to get away from my phone. It’s wonderful to start my day with meditation, but awful to wake up and immediately grab my phone to do so; it undercuts much of the benefit of starting inside myself.
This Watch app enables an entirely next level of practice from the beginning to the end of my day.
Near Perfect except missing “do not disturb”
This app has all of the features I’m looking for, but it would be perfect if the app would automatically enable do-not-disturb when entering a meditation just like Apple Workout does.
Often I forget to enable do-not-disturb manually after the meditation has started. When I try to enable it, I would inevitably exit this app this terminating the meditation session! Worse yet, even when I do remember to enable do-not-disturb before the session, I would forget to disable it afterward. It would just make sense for this app to automatically manage this for me instead.
Not just an app: a movement
First the testimonial: meditating daily was difficult for me, I tried a bunch of other apps, and with this one I’ve managed to have a streak of 118 days in a row so far. I can’t say my life has been transformed, but I do feel like I am 10% happier

They really truly want to make this the best app for everyone and so they take feature requests and actually make them happen.
