This app is so useless. 1) Deposits/contributions are not displayed on the activity view (only “claims” and “payments”—which are both credits (?) or are they debits? Only the devil knows. Because there is a corresponding “claim” for each “payment” and the two are equal. Yes, I understand that when a claim is presented, there is a corresponding payment made. But because there is no running balance, and no deposits shown, it makes no sense). In any tool used to view and manage funds, you need to see both credits and debits. Period. 2) Can’t submit claims through the app. I don’t know why, but I’m “ineligible” according to the app. Only...I’m not. (Why have an app when the things you need to do can only actually be done on a computer in a full-on browser?)3) Can only see balance if I’m lucky that day. Sometimes if I toggle between screens (e.g. I’ll visit the claim submission link for which I am mysteriously “ineligible”, then back to the home screen), then my balance will display. Today, not even that is working. 4) Why is there an option to change the background??? Who wants to spend any extra time in this app doing that? P.S. it doesn’t work—laugh or cry?

Site forces you to use app unless you request to use Desktop site. I was able to login without issues. However, after that I cannot see account balance because numbers are cutoff. Font is too large for the field. I tried to contact developer, but it takes you to WageWorks website where no option to contact developer exists. I logged in into my account and clicked contact us. Again, no option to send email, so I cannot send screenshot, only phone number to call. I call the number and spend 2 hours on the phone with their representative, who couldn’t provide a way to send him screenshot and his only answer was use your computer instead of phone if you want to see the numbers.

App is horribly antiquated and not intuitive, just like their processes and procedures. This company gives you an FSA card and then requires you to document everything just like accounts that do not have a card. With other company/TPA FSA cards, when FSA “debit” card is used at a doctor’s office, that’s the end of it. The point of the card is to make it easier. There is no point in having a card if the account is administered as if there’s no card. Just like there’s no point to having this app; apps are intended to make mobile use easier. This app’s design is actually worse than the company website (which sets the bar extremely low to begin to with)

The app launches with the main screen completely pushed down so the user must pull up to see anything. This is not “cute.” When I’m using the mobile browser and login I am forced to the App Store to get the app or to open the app if installed. No way around it. I have tried the methods described by Apple to avoid it. So if I want to do most useful activities I have to use the web browser on my laptop. The app is very awkwardly designed making it impossible to do anything useful. This is quite a piece. Negative stars if it was possible. This app really does nothing useful. It should be removed from the App Store as the developer tells one to use your computer to see information instead of the app.
