I like the app, I read the results before the doctors do most of the time. I liked the previous design/layout of the app better. Siging in has become a big pain with constantly requesting codes despite clicking trusted device or whatever it said. I you let me choose to just sign in with password or phone's passkey you could be a 5 star. But struggling to get in adding cdes is a royal pain in the behind sik people wold much rather avoid.

I went in cause my thumb wasn’t working right and had pain. Dr Grob spent 30 seconds with me. Left the room came back put a shot in my thumb called it trigger thumb. and said see you in three months. Well because of rudeness and poor bedside manner. He didn’t let me talk to tell him the symptoms I was having. So I made an appointment with a different doctor. Dr Kirby listened to me. He did a full exam of my hands and said I had an unstable thumb. He already knew before he even did further testing that I tore the ligaments completely on one side of my thumb and a partial tare on the other side. I would still be in pain and lack of use of my thumb if I would have not have advocated for myself I would have be in the same place. I hope Dr Grob gets his act together. I’ve seen him twice already but never again! If I wouldn’t have met Dr Kirby I would have been switching to a Lehigh Valley hospital

I would just like to say that Dr. Smith the orthopedic as well as his staff as perhaps one of the absolute most genuine caring physicians and staff of which I’ve ever had the blessing of going to see. Dr. Smith and his staff genuinely care about his patience it is quite obvious from the moment you booked your appointment from the time you go in for your visit from the time you leave and any follow up of what you may have with the office. Should anyone desire to have a orthopedic surgeon who truly genuinely cares about their patience as well as as a friendly staff I would more than highly suggest this practice. I can assure you that you absolutely will not be disappointed.!!!

I had an incident where I needed to go to an urgent care to have my eyes looked at. I got no discharge instructions and was told everything could be found on my St. Lukes chart. While the practitioner did a great job of explaining everything to me here I am with a bad eye trying to figure out how to create an account for St. Lukes. Once the account was created it tells me my accounts going to be locked for using the wrong password too many times. while the idea of having your information readily available could be useful I found it more frustrating trying to make another account. I can only imagine the difficulties the elderly who are not tech savvy would have trying to figure out technology to access their information.
