The app seems to work fine, until it doesn’t. With no rhyme or reason. I use it to check event activity at the property the coded lock is installed. Today (so far), upwards of 10 people have entered the building utilizing the lock. The app has not one record of such access. I’ve attempted to refresh the app, looked for updates, checked my wifi connection-all in vain. I guess I will uninstall and reinstall this app in an attempt to get the event history to kick in, and show me keying history reflective of the camera history. P.S.: There should be some way to sort event history by date.

POSITIVE:I do like having the ability to see the battery percentage, however I think there is a bug because I can’t see the percentage when I click on a location or lock - I can only see it when I use the search feature.NEGATIVE:I appreciate the effort to polish the look, but it takes twice as long to navigate through the app now. I have 5 locations, some of which consist of only 1 Lock. The previous app allowed me to see all the devices at a glance and scroll, but now just to review the locks I have to open a location, then back out, open another location, then back out, etc....very cumbersome.It’s also disappointing that you removed the consolidated events view, I actually used that feature quite often when reviewing all employee or guest activity.I really think you should add another view to list all devices and all events for those of us who use it.The other change I’m not super fond of is the user codes that are in blatant view. I would prefer that these codes have the ability to stay masked at all times until needing to be viewed. I use this setting on the website but there’s no option for the app.

I’ve found this app to generally be a bit glitchy, but very useful. Last week’s update required me to login, and when I did, it said there was a problem with the app and a problem report was generated and someone would be alerted. It recommended deleting the app and reinstalling it, which I’ve done numerous times- same problem. Please get this recent update, updated, so I may use the app again! Thank you.

The app works intermittently, but what’s worse is that the lock completely seized as though it were a car engine with no oil. The batteries would go dead within days. Now I can’t even unsubscribe from the useless emails because you have to be a PAYING CUSTOMER to manage your email settings. Even though I have attempted to filter these annoying reminders of what a waste of time and money this lock and app have been, they somehow manage to persist years later. This has been the only Wi-Fi capable lock I could find so I had high hopes. Those hopes were promptly crushed by the lack of positive performance.
