App isn’t really difficult to use, my only complaint I wish the developers would make it a lot easier to log out of it. I hate having to click the settings wheel to log out of the app. Also need to move the tabs from the bottom when my mom needs to sign she always grabs the tablet there and a couple of times she has hit the continue tab before she has sign. Other than that app is okay and as I previously stated not difficult to use.

I rarely have an issue with this app, my mother, who I take care of, likes the app n gets a kick out of signing her name on the app.. when I have had an issue with the app I either send my coordinator a message via the app or I call her on the phone n she fixes the issue... My coordinators name is Marlén n she has always been very kind n pleasant to us... I’ve been working with my mom now 3 years n it has definitely brought my mom n I much closer... thank you caring professionals for ur services for my mom.....

I’ve been working with caring professionals for a little over a year. All I can say is good things about the company & the services. Staff has always been accessible & willing to assist in anyway. The experience has been great & I look forward to the future with this company.

The other commentator hit it on the head. My mom always worries she won’t get paid because she has trouble clocking in/out. It causes her much stress, and on top of that I always have to be there to assist her. The app is overall glitchy, slow, and won’t download updates properly, preventing her from clocking in/out. Now she has to worry about being paid despite doing her job. Mandating this app for all workers was a TERRIBLE idea. Who thought technology use would be a good idea for 40-60 year olds anyway (many of whom don’t even have smart phones). These people didn’t do their market segment research or they just don’t care. Stupid as hell.
