I really wish the business I am being forced by to use this app would change it to something else because this app is the biggest headache ever. I highly do not recommend.

App keeps crashing whenever I hit “make payment” or “payment history”

Never works. Always crashing. Never take payments. Never confirm payments. Never show updated payments. The entire app trash! Companies shouldn’t use them. I’ve noticed the app created by Provana USA Lisle, IL 60532. I also noticed this app hasn’t updated in 1 year.

I am very considerate when leaving reviews, because I myself rely heavily on reviews to make decisions on a multitude of things such as whether or not to make a purchase on Amazon, whether I will stay at one hotel versus another (regardless of the name on the sign) and if I am going to eat at a certain restaurant. I am giving this app one (1) star because I have tried numerous times to log in and check my account. As soon as I check all of the consent bubbles, click proceed, I am taken to what I assume is my dashboard. That is as far as I have been able to get before the app crashes. I have yet to get any further. The app is developed for the convenience of the company’s customers, whether it is to make a payment or check the account balance. Customers can do none of this. What is the point of having an app if customers can not access any pertinent account information. I will be deleting this app that is doing nothing but taking up valuable real estate in on my phone. It’s a shame it’s worthless, it would be so convenient to make my payment right in the app.
