Most Reliable app and Trustable platform

Thank you for this wonderful app, but still there are some points I would like to spot the light on. 1- Customer service and especially on whatsapp must be faster on responding.2- Additional security measures must be added on registering our account or transferring large amounts.3- Vouchers off apps which don't work in Lebanon must be removed from the app or at least be in a section with highlighted remark which say so4- App maintenance timing must not happen in Peak time if the day, must be done at night or midnight, out of Rush hours.5- Wishing to see no more bugs and Error messages in the future.6- Duplicate Transfers are happening by bugs, sometimes notifications and sometimes the transaction itself got deducted twice.7- the Calendar in the midnight time has a bug which doesn’t reflect the current day transactions unless the date is setup manually. 8- Staff must be well trained in Whish point of sales agents, and you must increase your employees in your main branches. I think it’s enough for nowGood Luck guys and Thank you for this Wonderfull and Winning App

Terrible experience for WHISH MONEY

I had an absolutely terrible experience with WHISH MONEY. I made a top-up transaction to my Whish Money app, and everything went smoothly with my bank. The transaction was marked as pending and I was sure everything was fine, but then WHISH MONEY declined it, claiming they never received the payment.It has now been *48 hours*, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, all I get are generic responses saying that "the issue is with your bank" and they can't do anything about it. The customer service is useless, providing nothing but frustrating and completely wrong answers. They don’t make any exceptions, they don’t provide any email support, and worst of all, I’ve lost $2,000 for 15 days with no clear solution in sight.Their policies are ridiculous and completely one-sided, leaving the customer with no recourse. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app. You’ll likely end up losing money and wasting your time trying to get any sort of help. Absolutely horrible service.

Great app but low security

Hello, may i point out some concerns regarding the app security, anyone who can access the messages can request a OTP and register the number on new phone and steal the money.For instance one of my friends was on a zoom call and had his screen sharing on and someone registered his phone and the password popped up on the screen and he was able to access his account and steal money, they were able to track him down but regardless this stressful situation could have been avoided.additional security features for withdrawals is more than necessary, one that is not connected to the phone number for example google authentication or email OTP, and in case someone hacked the account and tried to change the security features a 24 hour withdrawal ban will be in enforced.Other than that the apps is great and helpfulBest regards
