Known Issues • While editing the protocol configuration, if we switch to a different protocol while the save is disabled, it cannot be re-enabled by entering valid values. The workaround is to leave the protocol configuration screen and then reopen it. • For iOS devices only: When connected via Bluetooth and attempting to restore a backup from a USB stick, the Restore Details page may not appear before the restore process begins. However, the restore is still successful. • When remotely connected, the search function on the Unit List page does not work for Organizations. However, the search does work for Buildings and Equipment within an Organization.
