Overall this app serves its purpose, but is randomly buggy and doesn’t behave the way you want. It is also annoying that the accounts created online do not work in the app. It seems like it should share accounts since they are for the same service

App won’t load document uploading

I’ve been waiting and waiting for the app to function correctly, but it just won’t. I’m just trying to upload documents and the app isn’t cooperating. I’ve restarted the app and signed in and out multiple times. This app is so infuriating

If you want a robust online interface for your loan, avoid Pacific Mortgage. There’s no way to set up recurring payments, check loan balance, or anything. If you submit payments via their website you just have to trust (hope?) that it went through. You can’t even create an account, you have to enter payment information by hand every time. Absolute trash.
