Update loop still not fixed

Contrary to another user‘s experience, the update loop problem is still not fixed. I just updated iOS to 15.4.1 and I can‘t get into the app to pay my bill. It tells me I have to update but the only option in the App Store is to Open the app…and guess what? I can‘t open the app until I update. And on and on and on….. please fix this problem so I can pay my bills. Otherwise, it‘s a great app.

Honestly, I hate this app more than I hate stepping on a rusty nail. The only reason I have it is because it’s the only way the local water company accepts payments aside from checks, and it’s not 2002, no one writes checks. It continually says that there’s an update in the App Store and I have to update, but there’s no pending updates. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and surprise, it still said there’s an update available and I must update before being able to log on. If you all would like to just come to my home and stab me, it would probably be a more pleasant experience than having to use your app. To the owner’s of this app: I hope you all have the day you deserve.

Poorly designed BillPay site

This site doesn’t allow for users to see their password as they type it on their phone for security purposes. That security feature insure that strangers can’t login to your account and pay you water bill and it insure that you don’t know if you have a typo from fat fingering your password on your phone.Additionally you can this app doesn’t pull your full water bill up by default so you never see your total bill until GHID feels compelled to send out a delinquency bill. GHID would be wise to enable users of the XPress bill pay service able to see their total balance.

We have added your request to add a view/hide button to all pages with a password. It is by design that you as a customer see the account list page after signing in. All you need to do to see the details of the bill is to click on its corresponding card.

Enjoy using this app because I can pay anywhere and keep an eye on when it’s due. The only thing I would change is the time frame on when to pay the bill. I think it needs to show up a week before the due date instead of on the date the bill is due

Improved logging to enhance debugging and traceability. Enhance the account creation screen for Mobile The register account page now includes all fields from the profile details page, such as phone, billing address, city, state, and zip/postal code. Redesigned account list and payment receipt screens. Improved button positioning and color schemes. Enhanced paperless and auto pay button functionality. Email present on confirm screen when email payment notifications are toggled off Added display of service address details under billing address on the e-bills details page. Improved data population and wrapping for long addresses. Automatically defaults the bill type to "Utility" if it is the only available option, streamlining account addition for users. Reduced unnecessary space in the Auto Pay wizard to ensure navigation buttons are always visible without scrolling. Improved handling and messaging for expired cards in the wallet and payment process. Standardized the size of numbers in the expiration field to match other fields for a consistent user experience.
