There are some cool options, such as the ability to import a photo (which unfortunately doesn’t persist through power off/on as do regular preset patterns). But setup and configuration is sketchy, and I’ve experienced an abnormal number of app crashes (iOS 14.6).

The app is now fixed and seems to be working well with iOS 13 (thank you—although the iOS 13 update came way late compared to how long 13 has been available to developers for pre-release testing/coding). Nonetheless, I’m still thankful for the fix.Features: The app does some basic and fun things but he app needs a better user interface overall. The following new features would be welcomed additions...• Color wheel instead of a small, not as user-friendly color bar. • Custom color favorites through RGB selections that can be created by the user and saved to the app for future use (there should be numerous custom colors and not limited to only 8).• Better/easier way to create and save pictures and patterns to use for effects. The current way is not intuitive and is hard to create and use fun pics or patterns for effects. • We desperately need the ability to type in exact brightness, speed, and RGB numbers/settings to be able to use exact numbers instead of just using a selection bar.Thank you for all your help and consideration with these items!

For some reason my colors are all mixed up. I double checked my wiring 5 times. When I select red it turns blue, green turns red, blue turns green, yellow turns purple, purple turns aqua, and aqua turns yellow. The only one that it gets right is white. I honk the problem might be in the app. I will change this review to 5 stars if you fix it. Other than that, this app works great! Thank you!

The app failed during a real customer installation. The controller showed its WiFi network, but the app would not complete the connection or setup process, making it unreliable for professional use. This caused delays on site and forced me to leave the lights in a fixed mode instead of delivering full app control. The app needs a more stable connection process and better compatibility with the controller.
