The routine exercises are great! Very well planned week by week along with meal plan recommendations. However; there are a lot of issues with the technical part of this app. The timer it’s not functioning in all the exercises and other times it runs continuously for an hour at each one of the exercise sets. Other times the instructions doesn’t matches with the videos. The worst part is that the application crashes and you have to uninstall and reinstall the application every time. Right now I have done that process countless times and the app still freezes up and shuts down. When you send a message to the technical support you get an automated reply acknowledging your message and two days later a possible solution that works a few days and then it crashes again. I think that it’s an excellent tool to use for first time gym goers and start having flexibility and to awaken your body for those 50 and over or overweight. You will get motivated for sure and once you reach some flexibility, it would be a great idea to sign up for the personalized program tailored especially for you.For your information When I have technical issues with the FitbyValen app, I follow the written instructions and set my own timer because the exercises routines are great and you can see results.“One star” for Plank “Five stars” for Valentina Lequeux

I purchased one month and started using the app the next day. I LOVE the workouts! My biggest issue has been with the app. It will not log my completions or actually let me post anything. Certain areas need some work. It would also be nice to be able to switch between home and gym without losing your progress (if it actually recorded my progress). Sometimes I’m traveling and I not near a gym so it would be nice to have the option to switch to home workout. I would totally give it 5 if not for my couple of issues.

I want to say thank you for responding back! Previous to getting your app, I had signed up with another online coach and once I paid for my supposedly “custom plan” I never heard back. I was so disappointed and lost all the money I paid upfront. I was skeptical trying another online coaching, I follow you and love your workouts and when you announced your app from the beginning I jumped on it! I can’t wait to see some results. I definitely feel the workouts when I’m doing them. I really have to say I love it!!! Keep up your great enthusiasm in helping other women like myself on improving in our health. 🙌🏼🙏🏼😄 Though this is a new app and like everything new, I’m sure there’s a bit of tweaking Val has to do. in order for her to do that we, the ones purchasing her app, have to get on here and give her feedback. I have been using this app consistently for about three years. I love it because there is a video showing proper form for each movement, there is a timer for rests that runs between sets, and there are several programs to choose from. I have enjoyed finishing a shorter 8 week challenge and then shifting into a 12 week build. I love that she gives you gym and home options as that has changed over the years. I also love that while where is someVariety in programming, she sticks with effective basics and you work at the same program for a few weeks… allowing you to progress in weight. It’s the only weight lifting app I need!
