With Exerp Staff App, you can:

App needs the ability to send notifications when members sign in for a class/workshop/intro session, especially considering they’re able to sign up for these things up to the start time, and it’s very inconvenient to keep checking if there’s sign-ups OR not check and potentially miss someone!
Unintuitive and Difficult

We’ve used this app for scheduling for years. It is unbelievable how unintuitive it is. It is nonsensical that if I have an ongoing client with a regular scheduled, EFT. And they run out of prepaid sessions before the next charge, I cannot move their appointment time. I have to cancel the appointment and reschedule for the new time. It will allow me to schedule a new session without any prepaid sessions, but not move a session. You can’t locate a member if that member initially joined at a different club. When scheduling them through the app, you cannot bring them up unless you know their member number. Their name will not appear.Randomly at times, even though the Client has clips, the app will not allow you to show them up. there are just so many things wrong with this app. I could keep going. I would never ever recommend it.

Update with the newest version: (December ‘22) Worse than before. Very difficult to see each day, the color coding is gone, and I can’t copy member phone numbers from the app anymore. No notifications and members can sign up for a workshop or appointment up to the minute of the start time, meaning you constantly have to check your schedule or you will miss an appointment. The only thing that I don’t hate about this app is that I can schedule people through my phone since I’m rarely near a computer. I recently transferred locations and no longer have access to my worklog. No one knows who to contact to fix this. It’s a glitchy program on a desktop at best, is not intuitive and the mobile version is just easier access to a terrible program

It’s better then nothing. However I’ve dealt with soooo many problems with this app. I’ve worked with a different company previously the app they used was bad. This app makes their app look like it was sent from heaven. I’ve had log in problems, problems with the app to computer connection, problems with things not properly put in etc. I also would’ve love to have a proper overview for putting in sessions and scheduling things on the actual phone. The app on the phone and the computer sometimes don’t connect directly. So if something is put on the app on the phone it wouldn’t always connect right away to the app on the computer or with members/clients. When it messes up it does that for days . It’s sick at this point.
