Lots of frustration and trips to the roof to check on the panels and or replace the inverters or battery commanders. Very slow responding customer support. I was able to save $400 last year using 3kw system with the lead-acid battery system. Hopefully this year will be better with the lithium batteries.The up is still unreliable. The system past performance still not available on this app. The next app version is supposed to have a fix of this issue.

Very informative system, its fun to see the solar energy production and also you’re saving the money. I like the layout its very clean and neat, the information is in real time so i can see the production rate and consumption rate right away. Very smart application.

How about you fix the app that hasn’t worked properly for over a year before releasing a new wave of products?Another release, and still no fix. Historical data is still having issues in the newest version, 5.1.6. Other than system setup, the whole point of the app is to be able to monitor and review system data, right? Cannot review previous day(s), previous month(s), or previous year(s).
