Literally Life Changing

A colleague encouraged me to download this app which was offered through our company. We had been discussing the difficulties of quarantine and she shared that she had been doing the morning meditations and it was really helping her get up and starting the on a positive note. I have been joining her for those 6:30 am sessions for a couple of weeks now and I love it! The coaches are so engaging that it feels very personal. The various classes throughout the day provide a reminder to breathe and apply some self care not to mention a much needed connection during these isolating times. Plus, when I wake up in the middle of the night the guided sleep sessions knock me right out! I’m thrilled that my company has introduced this resource and have shared it with several friends and family already. Thank you to all of the great coaches and leaders of Wellness Coach! Amazing App especially during the pandemic

It has been a long, difficult year, for every one during the COVID pandemic. It feels overly tiring and unending for me as a health care professional. I joined Wellness coach about a year ago and it has become a part of my life. Meditation session BID (twice a day) keeps me grounded and Yoga and exercise PRN (as needed) keeps me physically healthy. I especially like yogic nidra (deep sleep meditation) to help me sleep without sleep aids. Thank you Wellness Coach for your contribution as a rescuer in this menatally and physically exhausting pandemic. This is the most amazing thing ever. I love it. I don’t know how I lived without it.

Life changing app!

This app is a great way to kickstart a new meditation process AND nurture an existing one. It is a special middle ground between meditating alone in the solitude of your own space and meditating in a room full of loving supportive energy. I have developed a level of genuine care and appreciation for the inspiring guides and fellow students after regularly meditating through M.L for a few months and I look forward to spending time with them everyday. I couldn’t recommend joining this community enough!
