The best app that mimics the desktop crm! The latest technology and has helped me set appointments while on other appointments and not miss a beat with my clients! Text and email your hot clients, see the last visited in real time and set tasks to stay on track no matter where you are. Grateful for Brivity’s latest technology always getting better.

The concept is good, but execution is a big miss until it’s more functional, reliable, and stable. Half the time I open it there are no leads or tasks—I have to restart my phone. Any text size increase you have in Settings will make some screens unreadable. Marking tasks off of current or overdue task lists works about 10% of the time. Doesn’t show Transactions, so if I’m on the road and need to know who the escrow officer is for a transaction, the app is no help. I’m sure the developer will improve it with time, but as of today it’s useless to my business. Better work around is to bookmark the web version and deal with having to expand and drag-swipe to read the info.
