Call history on a device that has Apple iOS installed is cleared when the device is re-provisioned. CareAware Connect Voice and CareAware Connect Messenger session management supports advancements in Apple iOS. * Additionally, Device Name is added to the Account View.

iPhone SE (3rd generation) is now supported. The minimum required iOS version has been updated to iOS 14.5.

* An issue has been addressed which in rare instances, a call may not show in call history if the call is ended immediately after being connected. * An issue has been addressed where in some instances, missed call badges on the Recents tab would clear unexpectedly if the application was backgrounded and foregrounded. * An issue has been addressed which, in rare cases, the in-call screen doesn't display as expected when a phone call notification is answered. * Connect Voice and Messenger authentication has been optimized to support advancements in the iOS operating system.

• A Directory Search feature is now available within CareAware Connect Voice. If enabled, the system supports the ability to search for users, locations, resources, and roles. Additionally, when a contact is selected, the system supports the ability to initiate a call to that contact. • An issue has been resolved in which, if a call is ended while the device has speakerphone activated, the device will annunciate the end call sound using the primary handset speaker instead of the speakerphone speaker as expected. • A minor issue has been addressed which, in some instances, caused the Missed Call badge count to appear on the Keypad tab rather than the Recents tab. • An issue has been addressed in where multiple technical service calls are being processed at the same time would cause the application to close unexpectedly. • Connect Voice and Messenger authentication has been optimized to support advancements in the iOS operating system.

• Addressed an issue where in some instances, call audio may be unexpectedly unavailable during an active call.

An issue has been addressed where in some instances, all Connect Voice Audio, may only play through the earpiece instead of the speaker phone.

• CareAware Connect Voice now supports the ability to use Volume Up, Volume Down, Accept, Reject, and End buttons on supported Bluetooth headsets. • Connect Voice now supports the ability to upload device logs for troubleshooting purposes, as well as supporting the option to submit user feedback. • The quality of audio for tones within CareAware Connect Voice have been improved. This includes keypad tones, as well as call action tones (i.e., end call). • An issue has been addressed in which Call History does not clear as expected when CareAware Connect Voice is swiped away and CareAware Connect Messenger is logged out. • The Mute button on the in-call screen is now disabled until the call is established. • Additional custom device configurations have been added within CareAware iCommand.

In CareAware iCommand, the system now supports a Fastlane toggle. This is defaults as being enabled as on. If the audioDSCP is configured in CareAware iCommand, Fastlane will switch off. These toggles are intended for non-CISCO clients to optimize call audio quality and performance.

• Users no longer receive a missed call notification for a call they've recently answered. • Connect Voice now automatically launches in the background after successfully logging in to Connect Messenger. • The call waiting tone and frequency have been optimized. • Connect Voice for iOS now supports the ability to place and receive Connect Voice calls when multiple independent communication clusters are in use. • Multiple improvements have been made to enhance the notification of connectivity status changes in the app. • The speed dial list is now refreshed following a user login or logout. • The application name now displays correctly throughout the app. • Improved the audio performance after ending a call and immediately accepting a new call. • The speaker phone state is maintained when taking a call off hold. • An issue has been addressed which in some cases prevented the speaker phone from functioning properly if enabled immediately after a call is placed.

Users no longer experience a disconnection while maintaining Wi-Fi connectivity.

• Improvements have been made to the outgoing Caller ID when placing a call. • When the keypad is not populated, double tapping the call button will populate the keypad with the last dialed number. • Multiple connectivity improvements have been made. • Multiple improvements have been made to active calls and how calls are ended. • Multiple troubleshooting improvements have been implemented • Multiple end call issues have been addressed. • Multiple issues have been addressed which caused the application to unexpectedly terminate. • The first incoming call after the application is terminated now displays in the call history.

• Users can now utilize the applications Call History. This allows users to view incoming, outgoing and missed calls devices/users make and receive. • Configured Speed Dial contacts will now be easily accessible for users based on the device's location. • A Loss of Connectivity notification will be posted when the application loses connectivity. • Call Transfer is now available, allowing users to transfer other call participants to a new destination. • Multiple sound improvements have been made to enhance the user experience.
