I’m tempted to write sweet reviews about Eversend. Yes, the app is amazing. They have successfully helped with all my transactions most of the time. The app works automatically and it doesn’t take time to get your money converted and transferred to another country. I love them for this. However, there are times that they can be frustrating and that may be when you need them to work urgently and swiftly as they always do. That’s when there is a glitch and your money hangs somewhere. They will definitely solve it but it might take 48 hours or more. Generally, their service is top-notch and I will recommend them. But just bear in mind that there will be glitches sometimes and be patience enough for them to deal with it, no matter how frustrating it can be.

I’ll give them 5 stars! I use EverSend to transfer money from my local Nigerian accounts as soon as it drops into my EverSend Account, I exchange it into whatever currency I want (depending on the country I’m in at the moment), I’m always in East African so it’s either I use Kenyan Shillings or Ugandan Shillings. I also use their virtual cards to pay for everything online and I did a one time maintenance fee so I don’t have to be charged over and over again. Also, any website I use the virtual cards to pay, I make sure I delete the app cos when there’s an attempt to pay from the card 3 consecutive times, automatically the card becomes frozen. Best app ever!

Am having issues enter the app, while the app has been ok since, although a few disappointments here and there especially in regards to tracking debits made to cards to know where they came from and stuff, but this is just worst. For a few days now, I have been unable to enter the app to make use of my card, every time I log in, after opening, it immediately ejects me out of the app, I’ve tried updating the app but there’s no update to speak off. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible as I have an urgent need of my card and the money inside.

In their policy when they provide a virtual bank account they say they need verification details such as Payment receipt, purpose of transfer and Identification documents of the sender. I used the Euro virtual bank details they provided. I gave them all those verification details they needed now they started asking me for sender's email. Who does that. Sender's email was not included in their policy. I'm having second thoughts about the app. If they don't want to release the money or they want to keep the money for themselves they should come clean about it. They never said they'll ask for sender's email for verification. This is so m€ssed up and I'm already piss€d. They sound like a sc@m but if by tomorrow same time I don't get a positive response from them then my 1 star rating stands. I have all the screenshots and messages to prove
