Great fast and improving customer service

I just need to shout out Luxor One for not being mediocre when it probably could get away with it. What are the buildings going to do, rip the lockers out and start from zero? But Luxor is still really a great service from a user experience standpoint, and also from a customer service standpoint. I just submitted a support ticket for a really expensive missing package that I was really stressed about, at 9pm on a holiday weekend. I expected to hear back on Tuesday at the earliest, would have been totally fine with that. A customer service rep (Joana Marie) got back to me in like 20 minutes, 100% solved my problem and found my package, and I’m so satisfied with the experience. I had some package issues in past and while the customer support was always good, it was never THIS good or easy. Give everyone in that department a raise. I don’t know how to help support the company with my business, as I don’t own or operate an apartment complex, so…I guess if you do own one, just know Luxor One just made me a very satisfied resident here and it’ll be a huge plus for me going forward if an apartment I’m looking at has the Luxor service for their packages. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

Can’t Rate It Five Stars

I would love to rate the app 5 stars. But recently (maybe within the last few months to year) the app logs you out, and you have t log back in, complete the verification process, turn on notifications, and turn on bluetooth. And the app doesn’t make you do that every month or so…it’ll log you out even if you JUST had the app open. There’ve been plenty times when I’ll get an alert that a package was delivered, and I’ll open the app to see who the package is from. Then, when I IMMEDIATELY go to the lockers to retrieve my package, the app will have logged me out, and I have to stand there and complete the log-in/verification process all over again which is so annoying. I can understand being logged out after maybe a week or so of non-use. But kicking someone out of the app when they just used it minutes ago is wild! If not for that, the app would’ve been perfect.

Never works and packages get sent back

The second issue is that we are not home, and after I figured out my login (because you guys did something that logged us out after not needing to for two years) there is no longer the option to hold a package for longer? If this package gets sent back I am going to be on the warpath as it contains very important documents. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this app and I’d much rather take my chances with having deliveries always come to my door. It’s much more reliable that way. I can’t imagine how many issues you have with deliveries to apartments that have several roommates.

This system is a screwed up system of any kind I’ve ever seen. All of a sudden we have this introduction of if you haven’t picked up the package and even if you ask for a hold, it’s gonna be back. . No matter that you actually are in Tahiti for the month. Then, of course, we have no idea of the sender of the package or where it was delivered back to. That may be the fault of the drivers who deliver packages because they don’t actually have the labels photograph, but that as it may, I have six packages that were returned to B.E. when I was in Ohio for 20 days around Christmas and they were returned from and to whom I have no idea. Lexus will tell you it’s my fault. Maybe because I don’t read the fine print in their endless emails whatever they are. But more likely it’s an idiotic system. There is nobody in our building of almost 300 apartments who doesn’t agree with me.This is a total disgrace at a total waste of time. We actually have a person working in our building posted whose job is trying to find unfindable packages delivered through Luxor.
