The Valley Medical Weight Loss connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Valley Medical Weight Loss. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation. As a Valley Medical Weight Loss patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Valley Medical Weight Loss provider. Communicate with Valley Medical Weight Loss in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app from the HealthKit. Intuitive Design The app is designed specifically for Valley Medical Weight Loss patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Valley Medical Weight Loss patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Valley Medical Weight Loss uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
