I love that I am able to bank online however using this app has been a challenge. I am “locked out” or restricted several times a week and when I call to reset no one has an seer except it is sensitive or an update on CBT locks people out. This is very frustrating especially when wait times have been up to 20 minutes for someone to unlock my account. I was told tech was aware but I have not seen much improvement. I have considered pulling my money just because of the trouble but I haven’t yet. Please fix this issue!

I opened my accounts in August and I am very happy with the app. When it opens, it shows you your exact balance in each account. The drop downs are simple and clear to use. The website is not fussy and too busy. I check my accounts regularly, of course but I’ve also transferred money two or three times with no problems. Very easy to do.

I jumped into online banking and Bill Pay a couple of years ago. The Carter on the Go app has had a few minor issues, but for the past couple of years it has worked well, and made banking and bill paying much easier. The latest update from June 2023 has a major problem for me, and despite phone calls and various “Fix” attempts, the problem remains. The latest version will NOT allow me to print out monthly eStatements to my connected HP air printer. In the past, while using my iPad mini, Air print had worked easily and flawlessly until this update. The link for viewing eStatements pulls up a page with headers and footers, but no content—essentially a blank page. The iPad mini I am using is only 2 years old, and has the latest iOS. Any pop-up blockers for Safari or chrome have been disabled. The iPad mini has been completely shut down and then restarted. The eStatements won’t show up even when pulling up a browser on the iPad mini (safari or chrome, for example). Air print works in all other print jobs that DON’T involve Carter Bank.This issue is very concerning for folks who don’t receive good old printed monthly account statements in the snail mail every month. If they do NOT own a personal computer or an Apple iPhone, they will NOT have any way to access their monthly account statements! This means they won’t be able to balance their checkbooks!!!This update DOES work correctly on an iPhone, but the print on the eStatements is hard to see due to the reduced screen size. Some people may want to just view their statements and check on their transactions (and not print out anything). It would be difficult to see the statements if using an iPhone. I been in contact with Carter’s help line multiple times, and they are investigating.Again, everything worked well on the iPad mini before this latest update. Something has happened on Carter’s end…and I’ll bet this is impacting lots of folks, especially seniors who prefer iPads, and don’t use (or even own) iPhones or desktops. I hope that this glitch is resolved soon.

Overall your ccustomer service is good, with the exception of the drive-thru. It is extremely slow with substantial back up at times. I realize the tellers have to be very careful, but at times it seems they take extremely to much time especially when there are a lot of customers waiting to conduct business.
