I see a lot of people giving the product 1 stars but for me I would say about 3 and a half but for me the product has worked pretty good the only issue I have with it is that the steps are kinda off because i could be walking and the watch doesn’t count it but if I slightly move my hand it does count it

As for the steps concern, Since this device is meant to work independently from an app or your phone (which track your steps based on sensor data from the accelerometers, gyroscopes, and compasses. The core processor then calculates both step count and activity recognition), this device, in turn, tracks it by a mechanism that requires movement.

Don’t buy!

This watch only worked for about five days. After that the date and time (it would only do military time which I hate) were way off and I was no longer able to connect to Bluetooth And the watch quit tracking my steps. And now I’m trying to return the watch but I can’t connect to Bluetooth to erase all the data. I also purchased one for my husband for Father’s Day and his was never able to connect to Bluetooth. I tried to return to JCPenney’s and they told me it was too late I only had 10 days to return it but I bought it early as a gift For Father’s Day so this doesn’t even make sense. Also I used the Q7 Sport Smartwatch app, the correct app and it still did not work. I didn’t even bother with customer service after reading the reviews and how terrible customer service is and it sounds like there’s no solution anyway. I don’t recommend buying this watch you might as well spend the extra money and get the real deal.

Ok watch, poor customer service

So for what it is, I do like the watch. It has a long battery life and it has everything I need on it, although I can’t text with it but that’s ok for the price. What’s not so great, is the customer service. I tried calling for help because the app wasn’t allowing me to log in. I was told that I had to open up a twitter account in order to log in. I didn’t want to do that so I asked when the next time the app will be updated. I was told they had no idea when it would be ready. It’s already been a 5 days and I still can’t log in. I’ve tried to even put on forgot password and something flashes over the button but it’s too fast to even speed read! Really bad app and service, nice watch.
