Today was my first use of your curb side pick-up with Fly Buy app and it was Amazing! I left home in South Huntsville, downloaded the Fly Buy and clicked on leaving home. When I pulled into the Curb-side pick-up- a very pleasant Joannes lady walked over, ID’d me & handed me my order. I spent less than 1 minute in your parking lot! It was so great, I wasted no time at all.The only bad thing was half my order wasn’t available- that I understand, but I recommend you listing what I ordered and what was out of stock. That makes it easier for me to replace what you didn’t have. As it is now, I must waste time looking it up.Thank you.

From start to finish this app worked perfectly. We said we were heading out to pick up our purchase, gave ddscription of our car, and the app did the rest, kerping track of our car until we got to the store. Wife got out of vehicle and store clerk was already walking out with items. Couldn’t ask for more. MUCH better process than before where you had to call in when you got there and then wait for 5-10 minutes.

I’ve used flyby for a long time. Worked fine. But with this last update, the addition of vehicle info is problematic. I think having this info is a good thing! But the app refuses to SAVE my info, making it necessary for me to re-enter every time. Please fix the save function!EDIT: after reading some online suggestions, I found a work-around. But you shouldn’t have to do that from your profile if the options for adding a vehicle appear on the main page- as well as a save button. Still needs a bug fix.

This super app takes care of all the minutia and details to do with picking up your ordered meal. It’s so smooth, automated and useful, it’s hard to overstate. Taking the stress and uncertainty of what’s going to happen, being able to communicate that you’re on your way, then arrived (which it also deduces out automatically. Fantastic!
