I’m using the short-term radon test. The app isn’t allowing me to register, I just get an alert telling me that there are fields missing info. I have tried 5 times to get it to submit and all the fields are filled in – business name (just “Home” for me) and even plugged in an N/A for the NJ muni field and a “yes” for real estate transaction, because I thought that maybe this thing was really coded that poorly. Nothing.Can’t even get the registration page on their website to load. If I had to guess, the whole registration system is down and they don’t understand the importance of web technology, so they don’t want to pay to keep their contracted developers on retainer.Well, hey Pro-Lab, your retail customers expect a working website (or working app, if you’re gonna advertise it on your materials). This is a non-negotiable thing these days. Get some fresh, young blood in your leadership and wake up. Gosh. Maybe I’m just salty because this is *the* radon test product available at Home Depot, I guess I would have just expected more.I just hope now that not having an online registration number isn’t going to make it harder to get my results.(Hey, if I get lung cancer from radon and I never get my results, can I sue Pro-Lab? …I kid.)

I purchased the “Water Quality Test Kit” so I could setup my new softener. Not a real choice as this is the only test kit that the hardware stores in my area carry. The app is advertised on the package so I downloaded it.I immediately discovered that the only thing I can do in it is order another kit. It does have a copy of the instructions that are printed in the kit but if you try to “register” this kit you find that it is not an option (looks like the company failed to put it into that part of their app). Not really sure what registering the test kit would do anyway.Other than a sales tool, not sure what this app is good for. I get the feeling that they just did not finish building the app.

I like the graphics - I immediately recognized them from the package I bought in Home Depot. Nice job on making the complex task of registering my test kit a simple process. I even received an email notification so I can come back and check with the ‘results’ feature.However, I would like a way to save all my previous tests in one central area, so I can easily go back and check historical results (sort of speak). That would make this app a solid 5 in my book.Nice job for this first release! I’m sure you will be adding more features in the future.

Unlike others, I was able to register my radon test kit. However when I went back to check the results it prompted me for my registration number. That was odd, but I remembered that it was on the registration page. So I went there and everything was blank. I do have an email with the registration number though. So I tried to copy/paste into the app field. Guess what, paste doesn’t work in the app. Couple all this with the fact that I had to re-enter all the same registration data on the return form I’m left to wonder what does this app actually do?
