Like I said, terrible app. In this day an age it should be smooth & go off without a hitch. The devs should be unemployed if this is the best they can come up with is this janky "app" there's nothing convenient about it. Wheres the bleeding edge?... Well I guess it's two peas in a pod, terrible app paired with a terrible product. I've been buying smok products religiously for years and ya they always break or somthjng but that's usually after it took a good besting. Not this time. Just copped a SMOK RPM PRO & I was hyped, match made in heaven, well so I thought. It's been in service not even a full week and it already shot the bed. The screen freezes and n OK matter what you press it doesn't do anything. Now it just overheats and shuts down. So My stance on smok just did a total 180... for the WORSE. And as of right now SMOK is NOT the brand I will be REFERRING to all my buddies. How can you trust a product when the own company doesn't even stand behind their merchandise?! Think it may be time to start advertising Vapersso or geek vape etc etc... I'll update this if Smok does the right thing & comes correct. But as of right now they just lost a loyal Long time buyer that's spent alot $$$ on what I thought was the golden standard. SMH so disappointing.

I don’t know why Smok is making something that should be easy and not take longer then a few minutes so difficult. I downloaded the app for it to say “The server is currently busy. Please try again later” every time I try and go on it. Googled what to do to try and fix it and the best advice I found was to use an iPhone or a laptop and well I’m using my iPhone 11 Pro Max so I’m using the best iPhone out right now and still not working. I just want to make sure I register my vape for warranty before it ends up being too late but I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get the app to load. Registering your product for a warranty should not be such overly complicated and go through downloading an app that doesn’t even work to get a warranty on a vape you spent money on and we all know vape devices aren’t cheap nor is this brand and if my device I just paid $40 for about two weeks or so ago isn’t working right, I should be able to register it for the warranty. But I can’t. And they better fix this app soon because we paid for their product.. they need to let us be able to have our warranties. Can’t believe this.

1st — I’m embarrassed to say I didn’t read the reviews before I downloaded this app!2nd— Should we expect anything that works from China? I recently purchased a Smok Mag Grip, I like everything about it except that it’s made in China, as are over 90% of Vapes being used today!! 3rd — Getting back to the app, this app is absolutely a worthless piece of crap! The few who gave it 5 stars need to count your lucky stars (pun intended) if I could’ve been given it a quarter of a star that might be to much. I’ve been trying just like everyone else to log in and all I get is Trouble connecting to server! It’s so aggravating, I’m thinking just about the time I get it to work my warranty will be either over or close to being done. You would think that a company making Millions if not Billions from Vaping gear could develop an app that works! If there was a chance of them collecting data from our lives or hacking into everything customer related the app would work just fine!! My wish is that an American Company would start making Vapes, I would definitely buy American product’s before any other company!

I had to download this app to verify a product for a warranty and it claims to be some kind of community forum??? Not a single feature works. You can’t create an account (server error -100) or do anything other than watch it load and then crash again. It says “The sever is currently busy. Please try again later.” and that’s literally all it does. By the looks of it, it’s been broken for months. So I guess there is no warranty then if they tell you to activate it by downloading an app that doesn’t work and never has. What a scam. I mean honestly, how hard is it to create a FUNCTIONING app with one feature, to verify a product. Nobody is here for or wants the community forum/ social media platform aspect of it so just get rid of that.Also, I find it interesting how the only positive reviews use the exact same verbiage as the description of the app and don’t disclose that they are a part of the developer team. So pretending to be a customer and saying that all the “horrible”negative reviews are “100% WRONG!” Is not a good look for Smoks brand.
