No new features only fixed the crash on iOS 14

Fixed a bug with table numbering that didn't update on manual pairings. In addition, I have added the table number to the search string so that filtering on table number is possible.

Fixed broken modal for player selection and bracket. Added extra organizer features.

Fixed error with empty list views. Since release of iOS 13 all list views have been "invisible" and this should now be fixed and the app restored to original state.

Fixed major issue with in-app purchase of consumables.

* Fixed formatting error when pasting attendee list. Leading/Trailing whitespaces messed up the database objects. * Added the same attendee input module to bracket tournaments as for swiss tournaments * New end point for uploading and viewing data online (https://mtgevents.app) * New setting: You can set automatic upload of event data when round prior to last is ended. Useful when showing standings online. * New setting: Automatically hide "More actions" button in swiss events. Can be set to: Off, 3, 5 or 10 seconds. * Removed event action for recalculation of standings as this where only implemented for testing purposes. * Added function to mark event with “show standings” which will show standings online even if round prior to last isn’t ended. * Fixed multi input text view as it was not intuitive enough. Selecting it could only be done by pressing the placeholder text. Now the whole area is selectable. * Added format selector when creating a new event for non-organizers. Limited and Constructed available. * Fixed last round pairing to pair top-down instead of random between players with same match points. * Added functionality to add players even after event started.
