I really would like for this banking to work with any other money app for transactions like zelle, cash app and also be able to connect to Apple Pay hopefully in the near future. Another thing is getting charged for taking out money at pls locations I don’t understand why we would still get charged for taking out our own money when we are already paying a monthly fee and still pay extra fee when pulling out money at atms or some online shopping Other than that The card works great

So I added money to my PLS card and I need to make a payment for a shed. Unfortunately, the shed people are telling me that they’re going to charge me extra money to use a credit card/debit card. Since there are other cash apps that have the ability to have a routing number, etc., is it possible to do this with PLS as well?PLS really saved my business after my purse was stolen and they were able to cash a check for me because I was already in their system whereas Chase Bank wouldn’t cash the check even though I had an account with them and they had seen me hundreds and hundreds of times. I appreciate the way that PLS is able to keep their customers moving financially. I wish I understood the fee structure better so that I could account for that reduction in my money.

The app is really easy to manage and take account of any transactions pretty quickly, The staff at the stores are amazing too , always end up with Herman a customer service representative from a pls store on 51st and Indian school rd Phx Az. Always great support, quick and easy to talk to and gets things done fast. Always asks if i need anything else and is very friendly!

I have no issues with the app. It’s been great at what it does. I do have a couple of suggestions that I feel would make it better. Number one would be to update the pay dates for the direct express more often so that people who use direct express can know when they’re money is coming in. Also maybe make it to where you can move money to and from another banking institution. Otherwise this PLS app is efficient.
