Terrible user experience

My daughter’s school is using this app. The home page doesn’t show the students, it shows me, but this isn’t for me. So I have to tap “students.” After taking the survey, you get a green QR code (which presumably someone uses but our school doesn’t). On that screen, if I tap “no surveys due” it shows results for me, not the student I just took the survey for. (Not to mention I didn’t take a survey for myself). To see her results, which is what my school checks, I have to go back to students, and tap her name again. Every. Day.

School is using this app for pandemic control but this app is absolutely useless. Whenever I get on the app, before answering any survey questions, it is ALWAYS green and says no survey due. When I click into the “no survey due” button, it always says all surveys completed, and the time stamp is the current time.

Whenever I report my kid’s absences through the app like the school asks me to do, somehow the app doesn’t notify the attendance office so they still send me an email about my kids absences?
