Easy & quick what else could you possibly want .Only thing I have trouble with is adding another beneficiary incase one has a mishap I can’t add it here I was told it has to be thru the mail . That’s unfortunate in todays time everything is electronically I still give it a 5 star because I can at least select where I want to go thanks J.P. Morgan .

When you login to the app it won’t register you’ve signed in and doesn’t display your actual data. Pretty important for a financial app to display your info for all your accounts. If this major issue gets fixed then I will say it’s a very good app, but until then it only gets 4 stars.

I just downloaded the app and registered, but when I try to update my email, phone number, and select paperless to complete the process the app crashes. I'm unable to complete the process and can't access my account. I tried the link for app support and it just takes me to the app log in page where when I try to log in it takes me straight to the page to complete the aforementioned information and then crashes again.
