If I could leave a negative-1 rating I would do so. My last ride was a disaster. The driver left when I was inside my appointment there was no communication from the driver or the app. That my driver was leaving to give another ride, my doctors office was closing I was the last appointment so I was now in a dark parking lot outside in the rain.Over an hour later another driver came I was scared that I had been stranded for the entire time because there was no dispatcher to call and tell me someone else was on the way. Furthermore it was raining and the office had to lock me outside in the rain.

Not only is this app pathetic but when your waiting to be picked up after your appointment and the driver is a NO SHOW you can not even get in touch with the company, either the mailbox is full or they just don’t understand English! THE WORST!!Now I take an uber to my appointments and not have to worry about being dropped off and forgotten about!!!

GATRA Uses this app for people needing to attend medical appointments and I’ve tried logging in and it tells me my phone number is already registered with another account. So I’m in an endless loop. Waste of time for an app I actually need for health appointments. Disgraceful.

Wont send me a text. Says there's an account already associated with that phone number, well duh! that's my account. Please fix this login issue. I can login on the mobile browser but not the app
