Removed app from my iPhone and tried to re-load game, but it's not working, so I'm unable to use app. Can I get "up and running again? ". Also when I try to re-load game I receive a note that my wifi seems to be down, but I'm able to use wifi on everything else?? Thanks in advance for your help.

******UPDATE***. It has been several weeks and there has been no improvement to the game not giving points for the challenges. Still shows me on challenge level 113 and I have completed over 220. ********At level 113 the challenges quit giving me points or coins. Watching the adds to double gives you nothing. I have completed 204 challenges but my status page only shows me at 113. Also bought the black queen cue that supposed to increase the time allotted and I see no time increase for shots. Hoping these issues get fixed cause it’s a fun game

Probably my first review of any app but wanted to sympathize with the others who recognize that it is incredibly impossible for opponents to repeatedly make perfect bank shots unless they have figured out how to cheat the system or these are just bots we are playing. My guess is that we are playing bots because the players have names that clearly don’t match their gender and there are comments that just don’t make sense. Disappointed that it’s not a fair game and also wish there were social tournaments - I don’t mind spending money but hate that I’m just playing a bot.

I can’t figure out how many of the other “players” are real. I honestly think they are all “computer” players. They all make the same mistakes and say the same things, (i.e. “Please hurry up” with almost the exact same amount of time elapsed in the game and “Good luck” before nearly every shot on the 8 ball). I actually hate this about the game. It takes away ALL of the competitiveness of the game completely. So, sadly I’m going to delete this app. It’s useless to play against a.i. in my opinion unless I’m playing a pc game or something.
