The Jamf Teacher app is designed for Jamf School and Jamf Pro MDMs, available on iPad and Mac devices, to provide teachers with the tools necessary to manage classes and students.
Key features:
• Apply restrictions to student devices
• Choose allowed apps and websites during classes
• Install apps directly within the app
• Plan lessons in advance
• Create proctored exams for individual students
• Create remote classes
• Use an attention screen with personalized messages to keep students focused
Changes and Improvements
In Jamf School integrations, teachers can now sort classes alphabetically by name and by date last used. Teachers can also group classes by class type.
In Jamf School integrations, a Clear all button now displays in the Allowed websites, Allowed apps, and Restrictions action screens. This button enables teachers to remove multiple configured settings and restrictions at once.
