I was playing the hearts card game and an advertisement popped up without an exit option. It order to move forward I had to enter my email address to “unsubscribe”. I entered an obsolete email address that took me to another screen telling me I am now unsubscribed. The screen is frozen on this ridiculous page. From past experience, I know the only way to remove this screen is to delete the app and reinstall it. I’ve had to do this procedure 2 times in the past year. Each time I delete the app and reinstall it, I lose my playing history and points and have to start all over again. It’s frustrating and I’m not able to get assistance from the support center. Last time the support center asked me to forward a screenshot but they didn’t provide any option to forward the screen shot to them. This is a great Hearts game as it doesn’t have the extras that are unnecessary to play and enjoy the game. Just a bummer about the frozen screen.Update, I received an email response from the developer, asking me to click on a link and provide details and a screenshot of the screen in question. I followed instructions, sent the information as requested, then received an automated email reply telling me to follow a different pathway and attach the screenshot again. My instructions are to open the app, click settings (not able to continue from here as there isn’t a settings option), then press support, choose contact Us text button/speech bubble in the top right corner. As this is an automated response, my message is closed. So, not sure if my case is still open or if it’s closed. I’ll find out after the weekend, as their hours are Monday to Friday.
