I have been trying to log on for a few days but it won’t let me. It says hooray there is an update. It is not available in the App Store. I tried to click on app support but it won’t because it says server is not responding. The app is useless until this is fixed

If I am expected to pay for my delivery up front, and pay a fee if I’m late, then I should not be charged full price for my appointment when I wait over an hour each time and my time with my doctor is cut down to 8 minutes. I have called for what I felt were emergencies and was told someone would get back to me and didn’t get a call or message for 3-4 days. I really like my doctor, which is the only reason I have stayed here, but I’m disappointed with lots of other things. I mentioned at a check up that I was worried about my baby and now have a diagnosis of anxiety and depression in my file. I didn’t say anything like that, but now it’s in my file forever apparently. I pay for my care and should have a little bit more say what happens.

I appreciate the information provided by My Chart, however with regard to summary of procedure provided by attending physician I am confused and frustrated. Not having medical background or training, while information stated my be helpful to other physicians, it provides me with little or no useful information on which to base further action. A brief summary in commonly understood layman terms would be most beneficial. Current report created nothing but additional anxiety and frustration for me.

After you log in to the system, it logs you out too soon, so soon that it doesn’t save your work and you need to start the page over. Filling out all of this information is a real pain in the side to begin with, so now you need to refill the same info. you just filled out. I’d rather you filled it out or kept last years, and just ask if their are any changes. So now this system times out to quickly. It does not make this process any more pleasant. I have a terrible memory problem so you can understand.
