Bug fixes
- The truck-position update timer was not being scheduled correctly when
the tablet ticket view was the parent widget.
- Reloading the webview no longer leaves the truck-position timer stuck
- On iOS, secure storage failures are now reported back to Polaris for
diagnosis, and a more reliable keychain-accessibility setting is used,
reducing rare cases where saved credentials appeared to vanish.
